The main project is Tyche, an autonomous career agent. It finds the roles worth your time, prepares applications from your own facts, and carries the search through to an offer. Now in private beta.

Founders

Beyond my own roles, I work closely with early-stage founders: advising them, spotting promising startups early, introducing them to investors, and helping them grow after the round.

Selected work

Base · Türkiye, then Eastern Europe

2025–2026

A new region with no playbook. I was Base's first dedicated in-market growth lead in Türkiye, building the founder and developer pipeline from scratch.

In the first six months, 10% of finalists in Base Batches, Base's flagship global builder program, came from Türkiye. Scope then grew to Eastern Europe, with 100+ builders supported across ~30 programs.

Lyft · Vancouver launch

2019–2022

Vancouver was the largest North American city without ride-hailing. I joined the team that launched it, then ran growth marketing for bikes, scooters and rideshare.

Ridership grew 10x in the first month after launch.

BiLira · Chief Growth Officer

2024–2025

A Turkish lira stablecoin and exchange with no growth function. I built it from zero: team, measurement, tooling and the integrated go-to-market.

Users grew into the tens of thousands.

What I believe

  1. The best time to join a category is before anyone agrees it's one.
  2. A new market doesn't reward the person with the playbook. It rewards whoever figures it out and is right.
  3. Ecosystem growth is a funnel, and launched products are the only number that counts.
  4. Frontier products get sold on education before they get sold on features.
  5. Software was built for people clicking. The next users are agents calling other agents.
  6. Fewer, better shots beat volume. That's true in hiring and in growth.
